The Pre-Visit
Once you have submitted your digital consultation form I will be in contact with you within the next 48 hours.
We will pick the perfect time and service for you and get you on the books!
After you're booked, you'll immediately receive an appointment text, a second text to confirm 72 hours prior to your appointment, and a third within 24 hours of your appointment.
You will also receive information about accessing and locating our suite within the building day-of.
The Consultation
When you arrive for your visit, you'll text the number that delivered the building access information and be greeted by the door.
When you enter the building, I will give you a tour and show you to my salon suite. You’ll be welcomed in with a selection of snacks, drinks, and a cozy atmosphere.
Next, we’ll confirm exactly your style goals for the visit and then you’ll get comfortable in the most restful memory foam lash bed with an adjustable heating pad for your lower back.
The naps are legendary, you might just snore a little.
After Goodbye
Once we complete your look, I'll review any at-home care recommendations, maintaining your look, and when you should come in for your next appointment. You'll also be sent a digital aftercare card and service-based aftercare kit.
